Amendment: First THAT Heritage Guelph supports the approval of heritage permit HP21- 0001 as presented at the December 13, 2021, meeting of Heritage Guelph allowing the installation of exterior insulation on the building at 120 Huron Street as recommended by RDH Building Science Laboratories in their report to Grinham Architects dated November 4, 2021.

Amendment: Second THAT any further changes in the current proposal for the rehabilitation and conservation of 120 Huron Street that are minor in nature be dealt with by the Senior Heritage Planner

Amendment: First THAT Heritage Guelph supports the approval of heritage permit HP21- 0010 as presented at the December 13, 2021, meeting of Heritage Guelph allowing the repair and replacement of the original slate roof on the building at 329 Gordon Street using slate or an acceptable slate-like product to recreate the same or similar appearance of colour and pattern seen in the original.

Amendment: Second THAT Heritage Guelph supports the approval of heritage permit HP21- 0010 as presented at the December 13, 2021, meeting of Heritage Guelph by using an asphalt product that recreates a similar appearance of overall colour seen in the original.

THAT the meeting of Heritage Guelph be extended to 3:00 p.m.

THAT Heritage Guelph receives the presentation Designation Subcommittee: Draft Terms of Reference and thanks staff for the time taken in drafting the terms of reference

THAT the proposed meeting dates of Heritage Guelph in 2022 be approved.

THAT the meeting of Heritage Guelph be adjourned at 2:28 p.m.
