Accessibility Advisory Committee Minutes: May 19, 2026 - 1 1. That the minutes from the April 21, 2026 meeting of the Accessibility Advisory Committee, be approved.

1. That the Accessibility Advisory Committee recommend approval of funding in the amount of $39,000 per vehicle, for a total of $78,000, from the Vehicle for Hire Program to support accessibility modifications to two new, replacement taxicabs. 2. That the Accessibility Advisory Committee recommend that this funding be provided in recognition of the City’s ongoing Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) responsibility to support accessible on demand transportation.
