That Council endorse the City of Guelph’s grant application to the Development Charge Reduction Program offered through the Ministry of Housing and Municipal Affairs as outlined in the report entitled Development Charge Reduction Program report dated August 12, 2026. That subject to a successful application for funding through the Development Charge Reduction Program and contingent on the execution of a transfer payment agreement, Council approve the establishment of a Residential Development Charge Reduction Grant, as described in the report dated August 12, 2026.
