That the Heritage Guelph Committee receive the Heritage Committee Facilitation Summary and Best Practices Review report and presentation by Michael Wildman, Principal Consultant, Municipal Government Wayfinders dated June 2021. 2. That, in accordance with next step recommendations, a prioritization exercise regarding the opportunities for improvement be conducted at an upcoming Heritage Guelph Committee meeting.
