1. That the September 3, 2026 Heritage Advisory Committee Consent Agenda as outlined below, be approved. 2.1 37 Liverpool Street - Draft Council Designation Report - 2026- 465 1. That the Heritage Advisory Committee advises City Council that 37 Liverpool Street merits designation under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act 2. That the Heritage Advisory Committee advises City Council that the committee supports the heritage attributes recommended in the staff report titled “37 Liverpool Street – Draft Council Designation Report” and dated September 3, 2026 2.2 55 Baker Street including 152 and 160 Wyndham Street North - Heritage Permit Application HP26-0002 - 2026-454 1. That the Heritage Advisory Committee provides the following comments to staff and Council with respect to heritage permit application HP26-0002 for 55 Baker Street including 152 and 160 Wyndham Street North.

1. That the Heritage Advisory Committee advises City Council that the house at 665 Woolwich Street merits designation under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act.
