1. That Heritage Guelph receives (for comment) the draft Heritage Impact Assessment as Amended for the Powerhouse/Chimney/Service Tunnel and Cannery Storage at 785 York Road. 2. That Heritage Guelph recommends that Infrastructure Ontario preserves these buildings and carry out the necessary detailed structural investigations to determine both the practicality and feasibility of retaining the Powerhouse, Chimney, Service Tunnel, and Cannery Storage, in full, during environmental remediation.
