THAT Heritage Guelph supports the property owner’s proposal to construct a two-storey addition containing an additional dwelling unit within the existing dwelling at 40 James Street West, as proposed in the site plan and elevation drawings of heritage permit application HP22-0003 presented at the May 9, 2022 meeting of Heritage Guelph.
