Heritage Advisory Committee

1. That the minutes from the October 2, 2025 meeting of the Heritage Guelph Committee, be approved.

1. That the corrected September 4, 2025, Heritage Advisory Committee meeting minutes included as Attachment 1 to the Update to the Heritage Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes report dated November 6, 2025, be approved.

1. That the Heritage Advisory Committee advises City Council that the barn building at 316 Grange Road does not merit designation under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act.

1. That the Heritage Advisory Committee advises City Council that the committee supports the recommendations in the staff report titled “316 Grange Road – Intention to demolish a property listed on the Municipal Register” and dated November 6, 2025.

1. That the Heritage Advisory Committee receives the report titled Official Plan Update - OPA 110 - Heritage Policies.

1. That the Heritage Advisory Committee provide Staff and City Council with the following comments on the Draft Official Plan Amendment 110: i. That the term “early engagement” be clearly defined as it relates to item 4 ii. That the following language be considered for inclusion to item 185, section 12 Glossary, “The properties within the Heritage Conservation District are listed as designated on the Heritage Register.” iii. Consider including a definition for adaptive reuse

1. That the Heritage Advisory Committee receive the report titled Heritage Advisory Committee's 2026 Individual Designation Priorities.

1. That the Heritage Guelph meeting be adjourned. (1:14 p.m.)
